Registration:
Registrations must be made in writing by fax or using the online form. Registrations will be recorded in the order in which they are received, and stand space reserved, taking special requirements into account as far as possible. Registrations will become definitive only on receipt of the processing fee (within 14 days). Exhibitors are not legally entitled to any specific stands.

No additional processing fee is charged to co-exhibitors.
Companies from EU member states are requested to provide their VAT nos.
so that we shall not be obliged to charge them VAT.

Parking:
There are 500 free parking spaces between the Eventhotel Pyramide and Hotel Böck,
and a further 500 free parking spaces behind the Pyramide.
Further parking spaces are available at a rate of € 1.00 per hour incl. 20% VAT.
Catering:
Catering on exhibition stands is not permitted.
Commercial catering is available at the Austria Trend Eventhotel Pyramide. There are also catering facilities on site on stand erection and dismantling days.
Exhibitor tickets:
Exhibitors receive one free season ticket for every 10 m² of exhibition space, but at least two tickets per stand.
Exhibitor tickets are not transferrable and may be withdrawn in the event of misuse.
Additional tickets cost € 15.00 per day incl. 20% VAT.
Exhibiting companies may purchase vouchers for their visitors for a price of € 15.00 each incl. 20% VAT
(instead of day tickets for € 20.00 incl. 20% VAT); these will be invoiced after the event.
Stand areas:
The organizers allocate empty stand space that does not include any other services. All other
services (rented stands, furniture, loaned equipment, stand catering, electricity, internet, etc.)
may be ordered from Austria Trend Eventhotel Pyramide (contact: Sylvia Fanowitz,
tel.: +43/1/69900-3118).
Hotel rooms:
Advance room reservations - subject to availability - have been made
with the adjoining hotel at a price of € 95.00 ON DR (instead of € 180.00) incl. 20% VAT).
